Supplies You will need:
- Tube of crescent rolls
- Pizza Sauce
- Mozzarella
- Pepperoni
Hubby found this squeezable pizza sauce at Target. What's great is that we can refill it with our own pizza sauce when we are done. It really makes the saucing step a breeze and it was the perfect way for the girls to put sauce on their crescents.
After the sauce, add some shredded mozzarella,
For my kids rolling was especially fun. I started off the rolling for them and they helped finish.
Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 11-13 minutes.
We baked ours in our toaster oven and after 11 minutes they were quite toasty.
Ooey-gooey pizza yumminess!
Little C and the rest of girls gobbled them up! If you are looking for a quick and easy kids meal or a tasty snack, look no further. I have to say of everything we made using crescent rolls these were my favorites. You just can't beat the yummy taste of pizza combined with a flaky crescent roll.

Yum. I am LOVING the idea of the squeezable pizza sauce being refilled with homemade sauce! I am totally doing that!
ReplyDeleteYum! I also have tried something similar (biscuits instead of crescent rolls) by putting the biscuit into a muffin tin and letting the kids put a spoonful of pizza sauce and the cheese on. I call them pizza muffins. (I'm sure I saw that somewhere and didn't make that up. I'm not creative in the kitchen at all. ha!)
ReplyDeleteoh yum! looks really tasty! I'm planning to make pizza since yesterday, i might do it today! Ur daughter looks really enjoying her pizza making :)

Usually anything from that tube is always a hit with my two oldest! I bet they would love these!
ReplyDeleteThey look nice and easy for little helpers to make with you. Perfect.
ReplyDeleteOh those look tasty!! You know, there's so much you can do with crescent rolls. If you want a grownup version one night, take chicken strips (I like the pre-cooked frozen ones though I cut them in half for this) and wrap some sliced deli ham around them. Then wrap a slice of cheese. Bundle it all up in a crescent roll and bake! Instant chicken cordon blue on the fly!
ReplyDeleteYes! I love this idea! I am a sucker for new ideas for kiddos (as you know). Thank you SO much for linking up with me today at Drab2Fab. I'm pinning these right now.
