I am so excited to guest post over here at one of my favorite blogs. I want to thank Vicky for giving me this opportunity.
My daughter Lele loves to paint!!! Every time I ask her "do you want to do a craft?" she will always ask if she could paint. So we did some painting but used something other than a brush. We used a paper towel tube roll...I cut it into three parts and tied it with a rubber band.
While she was painting, I cut out some triangles because we'll be making an ice cream counting station with this. Lele with mommys' help :) taped the triangles onto the cardstock paper and then used our paper towel tube to paint the "ice cream" like this:
We had a blast!! If your kids were a little bit older, you can color the ice cream scoops as well or try different colored scoops/cones... possibilities are endless :)
Thanks so much Mama Mia! I can't wait to try this with my girls. They love ice cream and we have been saving paper towel tubes forever.
