With the start of a new year, it's only natural to look back on the previous year. When I look back at 2012 on Mess For Less, I have fond memories of many of activities and posts I have shared. But there is one post that stands out, that I would call my "best" post of the year.

10 Ways to Stop a Tantrum was something I wrote at a time when my kids were having lots of tantrums. I tried what seemed like everything under the sun to help them and assembled a list of ideas that worked for us. I had no idea a post of ideas for calming tantrums would resonate with so many people. One of the main reasons I started Mess For Less was to provide moms and teachers with ideas to make their lives easier and help them connect more with their kids. It is so fulfilling to know that 10 Ways to Stop a Tantrum helped people in a small way to relate to their children.
