Did you know Pi day is coming up on March 14th? 3.14, get it? Maybe I should be thinking all sorts of mathematical thoughts, but my mind doesn't work that way. When I hear Pi day all I can think of is pie. Apple pie to be specific. Is there anything better than a warm piece of classic apple pie? I used to think there wasn't and then I found some great twists on the American favorite. Check out the slideshow above to see some apple pies tricked out with caramel, toffee and cheesecake.
