My husband and I have never worn glasses. We just assumed since our eyesight was fine, our kids would be okay too. We discovered that wasn't the case a few years ago when I noticed my 3 1/2 year old daughter's eye crossing. I took her to the eye doctor and we discovered that she was extremely farsighted. We ended up paying a lot out of pocket because we didn't have vision insurance. Recently, my never-needed-glasses before husband, found out he needed reading glasses. So now we have vision costs to deal with for two family members.
Our scenario is not uncommon. Which is why I want to share VSP Vision Care with you. VSP helps save money on eye care while keeping eyes healthy. An eye exam is something I wouldn't typically get unless I was having a problem, so I like the fact that VSP gives me the freedom to do so and hopefully prevent any serious issues.
